What is an evaluator?

In Checklick, an ‘evaluator’ is any person who is able to use a checklist to evaluate someone else. In your organization, you might call them instructors, teachers or coaches.

When does an evaluator count towards my monthly limit?

Evaluators are only counted when they actually perform an evaluation of someone using your checklist. So for example, if you have an evaluator who does an evaluation in January, but not in February, you don’t need to remove him – he won’t be counted because he didn’t evaluate anyone that month.

Are there any limits on the number of evaluations an evaluator can do?

Nope! Once an evaluator performs one evaluation in a month, it doesn’t matter if they do 1 or 1 million evaluations – that evaluator is only counted once.

Are there any other limits on my Checklick account?

Other than your monthly evaluator limit (and the fair use limitations described in our terms of service), there are no other limitations to your Checklick account.

What is ‘checklist licencing’?

Checklick lets you build a checklist and share it with other organizations through licences. For example, if you are a national sport organization, you can create a national training program, and licence it to local training centers. You’re always in control over who is using your checklists, and you are free to charge whatever you wish for your licences.

If I’m just licencing someone else’s checklists, will I be charged anything?

Not by us! If you aren’t making your own checklists, you can leave your evaluator limit at 0, licence another organization’s checklists, and we won’t charge you anything. The organization that made the Checklist, however, may have fees and conditions associated with their checklist, which you’ll be able to review before you licence it.

I’d like to speak with someone to help my organization get started. Can we speak on the phone?

Of course! We have special plans for large organizations, which including phone support, training and a dedicated account manager. We’ll even help you set up and brand your checklists. Contact us to schedule a phone call.

Help! I’m almost at my evaluator limit for the month! What will happen?

Don’t worry – we’ll contact you if you’re getting close your evaluator limit for the month. If you choose not to upgrade your plan, no additional evaluators will be able to evaluate using your checklists. For example, if your evaluator limit is 5, and a 6th evaluator tries to perform an evaluation, we’ll alert them (and you) that your organization has reached its limit. The first 5 evaluators in this example will still be able to evaluate people normally.

My organization doesn’t have a credit card. How else can I pay?

I want to downgrade my plan. Can I get a refund?
