Private lessons and coaching

Offer one-on-one instruction without coordinating every appointment by email.

  • Booking season, days and hours. Open bookings only when you run.
  • Advance notice. Require bookings 24, 48 or 72 hours ahead.
  • Breaks and locked dates. Block holidays, events or closures without cancelling existing reservations.
  • Booking limits. Control how far ahead people book, minimum slots and maximum bookings per customer.
  • Confirmation notes. Add arrival details, meeting points or what to bring.
In practice: Saturday lessons all summer, regatta weekend excluded, 48 hours' notice required, and a reminder to arrive 15 minutes early.
Manage bookings
