When you enable offline payments on your Storefront, members can choose to register and then pay by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or membership account. Checklick handles the full registration process – the checkout, the confirmation, the record-keeping. You’re responsible for collecting the payment from the member.
Offline payments are charged using credits instead of a percentage fee. One credit covers one order regardless of how many items it contains. Credits are available in bundles: 20 for $100, 50 for $225, or 100 for $400. For most clubs, a bundle of 50 covers an entire season.
Once a member has paid offline, you mark the payment as received in your dashboard. Checklick then shows you a complete list of paid and outstanding offline orders – so you always know exactly who has paid and who still owes. Export the list anytime for your treasurer.
